The ATP tournament in Antwerp started on Monday with the contribution of four Dutch tennis players. On Tuesday afternoon, the tally was already zero after the elimination of Botic van de Zandschulp, Tallon Griekspoor, Tim van Rijthoven and Jesper de Jong. All of them lost their match in the first round. The top favourites for the final victory are still in the tournament and will play the quarterfinals on Friday. All matches can be followed live via the widget at the bottom of this article.
Finest draw in the quarterfinals is the duel between first-seeded Hubert Hurkacz and Dominic Thiem. With an odd of 3.50, the Pole, alongside Felix Auger-Aliassime, is the biggest contender for the final victory in Belgium. However, Hurkacz will have a tough match against Thiem. The Austrian is slowly getting back to his old level and proves it every week with good performances at the smaller ATP tournaments. Those results bring Thiem back towards a place in the top-100 and thus guaranteed participation in the grand slam tournaments.
