Four Grand Prixs before the end of the season, the world title is a reality for Max Verstappen. There is still plenty to fight for in the remaining races however, and the battle for second place in particular is one to look forward to. Sergio Perez currently occupies the spot, but he is not seen as the favourite to finish the season behind world champion Verstappen.
The differences between the numbers two and three are minimal. Only one point ahead of his great rival Charles Leclerc is Sergio Perez. However, there is a clear favorite for the Monegasque to take second place. The betting shops give you 1.44 times your bet back if Leclerc does indeed finish second and Perez gets a whopping a odd of 2.62. From that ratio, we can conclude that the "bookies" have little faith in Perez. We have a slightly different opinion about that. Ferrari has made so many mistakes this season that we would not be surprised if Red Bull Racing finishes the season with a first and second place.
