If there's one year that Nick Kyrgios can have a shot at the overall victory at Wimbledon, it's this year. The Australian has progressed well into the tournament and is playing some sublime tennis at times. Especially the match against Stefanos Tsitsipas, which he won in four sets, was impressive. If Kyrgios can reach those heights against Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic, he seems to have a chance to win the tournament.
Both Circus and Bet365 offer an odd of 6.00 if you bet now on a final victory for Kyrgios. After having dealt with Cristian Garin in the quarterfinals, Rafael Nadal awaits in the semis. If Kyrgios can pull off a stunt, then Djokovic will be his likely opponent in the final. Earlier this week in the press conference Djokovic called Kyrgios 'the best server in the ATP'.
Nice odd for Nadal
Djokovic is the big favourite for the final victory, with an odd of 1.28. He is followed by Nadal, who has a quote of 10.00. With his quote of 6.00 Kyrgios all of a sudden finds himself to be the bookies' second favourite. This is likely due to his strong performance against Garin and the uncertainty surrounding Nadal's injury. The bookies seem to have the least confidence in Cameron Norrie. The ninth-ranked Briton has a quote of 21.00 to eventually take home the cup.
